Preliminary Design Proposal

We aim to accelerate the design process by first providing you with a preliminary design. In this phase, we will work with you to finalize the plan and layout, any add-ons you'd like, and your choice of finishes. 
 
Once you approve the preliminary design, we will then work on a consolidated budget and proposal that includes all design and construction costs. And, unlike most proposals, we will always share with you a fixed-cost proposal. 

Timeline: 4 weeks

Once you approve the design/build proposal, we immediately begin working on the permit set, and then obtain the required building department and associated municipal permits and approvals for construction.

Timeline: 3-4 months
